This document defines in detail the terms of use, processes and responsibilities related to the TaroFortune.com website.

1. General Provisions

These rules establish the terms and conditions of using the website TaroFortune.com and the services offered on it.
By using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these rules.
If you do not agree – you may not use the services.

2. Nature and Purpose of Services

The website provides tarot readings, spiritual insights, and intuitive analysis services. These may include card interpretations, symbolic meanings, intuitive guidance, and similar content.

The services are entertainment-based, therefore:

• they are not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice;

• they should not be considered a guaranteed solution or prediction determining outcomes in your personal life. All decisions made based on the services are the client’s responsibility;

• by using the services, the client confirms that they are of legal age and of sound mind.

3. Ordering and Usage Rules

To order a service, you must provide your name, surname (or nickname), date of birth, email address, and personal photographs, which are deleted after the service is delivered.

It is prohibited to provide false information, use the website for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt its operation.

The service provider may suspend or terminate service provision to clients who violate these rules.

4. Prices and Payments

All service prices are publicly displayed on the website. Payments are processed through specified payment systems: Stripe, Opay, etc.

Upon successful payment, a service contract between the client and the service provider is considered concluded.

The service provider has the right to change prices on the website without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

If the client is dissatisfied with the service, they may submit a refund request within 24 hours after the service is delivered, if they believe the service was of poor quality or did not meet the conditions specified at the time of purchase.

If the consultation was fully delivered, refunds are generally not issued. Exceptions may apply if the service clearly did not meet the agreed-upon terms.

6. 24–48 Hour Delivery Policy

Services are provided only on business days.
If the service is ordered on Friday afternoon or during the weekend, the analysis will be delivered on the next business day (e.g., Monday afternoon or by Tuesday afternoon).

Services marked as “24-hour priority” are delivered faster depending on the service provider’s capacity.

The service provider may delay the service, informing the client via email, if there is an unusually high volume of orders.

7. Liability and Limitations

Services are provided as is, without additional warranties.

The service provider is not responsible for any decisions or potential harm resulting from the interpretation of the services.

8. Newsletters and Email Communication

By submitting your email address on the website (in the order form, contact form, newsletter signup, or other forms), the client agrees to receive information related to the services, news, offers, reminders, and other emails from the service provider.

The client may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email or by contacting the service provider directly using the email listed in the Contact section.

Providing your email is considered consent to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

9. Use of Modern Technologies

The Service Provider, in the provision of services, has the right to use modern technologies, automated analytical tools, order management systems, astrological image processing tools, and other technical or software solutions intended to ensure the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of the services, as well as to optimize the Service Provider’s operational processes.

By using the services, the client agrees that:

• The content provided by the Client (such as textual information and photographs) may be processed using the aforementioned technologies;

• The use of technological tools constitutes an integral part of the service provision;

• Such processing is carried out in compliance with applicable laws and the requirements of the Privacy Policy.

The use of modern technologies does not alter the nature of the services — they remain of an entertainment and spiritual inspiration nature and are provided by a professional and certified Astrologer and Tarot Reader.

10. Intellectual Property

All content presented on the website — text, images, photos, design elements, card interpretations, analyses, video & audio content, logos, trademarks, and other materials — is the intellectual property of the service provider or used with lawful permission.

Visitors and clients are prohibited from:

• copying, distributing, publishing, or otherwise using website content without written permission from the service provider;

• using the website content for commercial purposes;

• modifying or creating derivative works based on the website’s content.

Any unlawful use of intellectual property is considered a violation and may result in legal consequences.

11. Subscriptions

• Horoscope plans offered on the Website may be purchased by selecting either a monthly or an annual subscription. After successful payment, the client receives access credentials to the mobile WEB application.
• By selecting a plan, an automatic recurring payment is applied according to the chosen billing period (monthly or annually) and will continue until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
• If the subscription is purchased without a discount, the client has the right to cancel it at any time. Upon cancellation, access to the paid content remains active until the end of the already paid billing period. Payments made for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• If the subscription is purchased with a special discount (during a promotion or special offer), the discount applies only to the first billing period unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• A subscription purchased with a discount may only be cancelled after the end of the second paid billing period. This means the client agrees to pay for at least two subscription periods (two months in the case of a monthly plan, or two billing periods according to the specific offer conditions).
• In the case of an annual subscription purchased with a discount, cancellation is possible only after the minimum commitment period has expired, as clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
• Subscription cancellation may be completed through the user account or by contacting the service provider via the email address indicated in the contact section.
• Paid subscription fees are non-refundable from the moment access to the paid content is granted to the client (i.e., when login credentials to the application are provided), except where a refund is required under applicable law.

12. Final Provisions

All website content (texts, images, design, logos, advertising, and marketing materials) belongs to the service provider and is protected by copyright.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The rules may be updated. The latest version is always available on the website and becomes effective upon publication.
